About the fabric inspection, each factory will have a standard, (some fabrics will appear perforation, dyeing and other phenomena) if beyond this standard, the whole batch of fabric is rejected or to rework the fabric.
Then the fabric which passed the inspection will be sent to the steamer for over-gassing + loosening to keep the stability of the cloth area. For some special cloth, if it is not cut directly after 72 hours of loosening, the size deviation will be very big after it is made, and the general cloth is put flat for 24 hours.
So, no matter who your supplier is, in order to avoid the quality of the fabric or the size of the clothes, please make sure they will check the fabric before production, loosen the fabric
